With over 30 years in the building industry and 25+ years serving the Cincinnati area, Terry Rath brings unmatched experience, vision, and integrity to Everlasting Estates LLC. As a founding partner, Terry plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategy and ensuring every home meets the highest standards of quality and design.
Building homes is more than a profession for Terry—it’s a passion. He has a sharp eye for value-based construction that delivers the look and feel of high-end design while maintaining efficiency and cost control. His approach results in homes that are both beautiful and smart investments.
Terry’s role spans across capital management, permitting, inspections, LEED qualifications, and construction oversight. He remains involved at every stage of the process, keeping each project on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the client’s vision. His commitment to detail and craftsmanship ensures every Everlasting Estates home is built to last.
Darren Stacey
Partner I Everlasting Estates, LLC
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Darren Stacey brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in home building, remodeling, and property rehabbing to Everlasting Estates, LLC. As a founding partner, Darren is the driven force behind many of the company's most notable projects throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
His work spans a wide range of residential construction-- from custom homes in Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Loveland, and Milford, to complex builds in the challenging hillside overlay of Mt. Adams.
Darrens deep understanding of the local landscape, paired with his attention to detail and problem-solving skills, make him an invaluable asset to every project.
Darren has build a long-term relationship with a trusted network of subcontractors, and he thrives on working with diverse team to bring each project to life. His collaborative approach and leadership style foster a culture of trust, efficiency, and excellence.
